We will send two emails right before delivery: one on Thursday when we confirm the delivery date, one on Friday after the delivery. Please check email on Friday afternoon and pick up.

If you ordered for others, please supply a list to us by Thursday, or pick up for them too. In either case, please also collect money from your friends and make a single payment to us.

When you pick up your products:

1. Bring big trash bags if you want to wrap the original packages.
2. Pick up the number of bags as assigned, no more and no less.
3. If you encounter a broken bag, please take it with you. Otherwise, it will leave a mess and become even harder for others to pick up later. Thank you for your consideration for others and the host family.
4. Payments are due on pickup. Cash or personal checks are fine. The final price and your total will be shown in the last two email messages.
